The Qutbiyyat (Soon to be released) |
Dennis Maq Crook wasn't a terribly happy guy. Growing up in Iowa , he'd had his measure of traumatic childhood experiences—maybe more than his share. Later, he developed a physical aversion to alcohol and an immunity to recreational drugs which effectively eliminated the methods he had chosen for anesthetizing himself to life. Then his wife (at the time) started sleeping around.
He became filled with a rage so strong he was out of control. Until a friend told him of a simple prayer in an ancient language. After saying it only a few times, he found himself in a peace deeper than drugs or alcohol had ever delivered. Baffled, Maq had to find out more about this. Thus, he stepped upon his new path that would take him on incredible adventures and provide him with experiences that he couldn't believe—and, at the same time, couldn't deny.
